It was just the end of another day,
a mix of the black, the white and some gray,
she had felt every emotion,
joy, sadness, fear, gratitude and devotion.
Recalling how the day unfolded,
with some sighs and some smiles,
how she dealt with it all in her own style,
she shut her eyes.
All she wanted was to rest in ease,
hoping to free her mind,
and find her peace,
until tomorrow came- another day to appease!
