‘Release Me’ is a song by American EDM duo Britain Holcomb and Aaron Dawson- founders of the band Crystal Skies, featuring Gallie Fisher in the vocals. The trio wrote the song and released it in November 2019.
In this song, we see Gallie Fisher engaging in a dialogue with self- listening to her feelings, sharing her vulnerabilities through her wavering thoughts. And she does it beautifully, even as she seems uncertain where her life is taking her. The depth in her voice, although she’s puzzled, torn, and struggling to find answers, will warm your heart in a way that you would feel you are going through all of it yourself. Her voice effortlessly aligns with each word and sentiment, adding finesse to the song by giving more intense feels.

I find this song peaceful so I play it every time I feel I need time with my self- in gloomy times, I suppose this emotive melody is the refuge we all need.
